Terms and Conditions 

Reservations are kept on a list on a "first come first served" basis. For reptiles that are in high demand, we will create a waiting list prior to the breeding season.  To secure your place on the list we must receive a 50% deposit. Receipt of this deposit guarantees your place on the list, the price and provides us assurance of your commitment to purchase the snake(s). If for any reason we are not able to produce the snake(s) to fill your order, we will notify you and upon your approval, (a) roll your deposit over into next year or (b) refund you your deposit.

Payment in full is necessary before the snake(s) will be shipped. 

Financing is available (short term) for individuals that place a 25% deposit. Please inquire for details.

Cancellations – We cannot refund your deposit for cancellations.  We will work with you to help find a solution, however, once a snake is sold, it is removed from our list of available reptiles.

Shipping – You can pick up your snakes at our facility in Zurich or we can ship to any major airport.  Shipping charges will typically cost you 500 CHF or 325€.  We will quote you an exact price once the size of your order is known.

CITES - Boa Constrictors are endangered species and protected under CITES.  We will provide CITES papers free of charge for any international orders.  You are responsible for obtaining the required import paperwork your government may require and we can help explain the process and requirements to you.  CITEs can typically be obtained without 15 business days (3 weeks).

If there are any problems with the snake(s) you must notify us within 48hrs.

Insurance and prepaid shipping will be billed at actual cost incurred at the time of shipping.
